IFP MPs to Conduct Oversight Visit in Pretoria

IFP Members of Parliament will be conducting a week-long oversight visit in the Pretoria area from the 3rd - to the 7th of September 2013, mainly to assess the current living conditions and access to basic services for the poorest of the poor.


On Thursday, Members of Parliament will visit the Saulsville Police station in Atteridgeville which has been vandalised and un-occupied since 2005.


On Friday, the Members will assess the living conditions in Bronkhorstspruit  where many residents are living in desperate conditions and still using the bucket toilet system.


IFP Spokesperson on Human Settlements, Mr Petros Sithole, MP, accompanied by IFP Spokesperson on Police, Mr Velaphi Ndlovu and local IFP leadership will be in attendance.
