The IFP condemns the recent act of barbarism
in Zenzele informal settlement in Randfontein, which saw
criminals torching a clinic in the area whilst pretending to be
service delivery protesters.
IFP Spokesperson on Health, Ms Hilda Msweli MP
said, “It seems commonplace now for criminals to hijack
otherwise peaceful service delivery protests. This recent act of
criminality has now led to Zenzele residents losing a much

information on these criminals to report same to the police.
Residents can greatly assist the police in this manner and in so
doing also protect their facilities from criminals.”
The IFP hopes those criminals will be found
and arrested, and that the Gauteng department of Health will
provide Zenzele residents a new clinic.
