ANC Should Be Ashamed of its Alleged Pervert Councillor

28 August 2013

“The ANC Councillor being investigated for allegedly soliciting sex from residents of Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality in Limpopo, in exchange for the delivery of certain services, should be suspended by his party pending an investigation”, said IFP Spokesperson on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Mr Peter Smith MP, “and if found guilty, he should immediately be dismissed from office.”

Smith expressed the IFP’s empathy for residents suffering this “abuse of power”, urging the Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality to find the women that this Councillor has been boasting of having slept with so that they can be assisted to lay charges against him.
