The IFP spokesperson on Trade and Industry, Prof ES Chang MP, today reiterated that Black Economic Empowerment cannot be tailor-made for the elite.
"As a Party that is non-racial and non-sexist, the IFP has always agreed that affirmative action should have time frames and would condone apartheid in reverse."
"The IFP also believe that people with disabilities should become part of the economy and BEE should not exclude the rural poor," she said.
