IFP Welcomes the Appointment of Mtembu as Sharks Captain

Natal Legislature welcomes the appointment of Lubabalo Mtembu as the first black captain of the Sharks.


"The IFP fully welcomes the decision to appoint Mr Mtembu as the first black captain and we congratulate him on his appointment. We wish him and his team all the best as they aim to rebuild the Sharks into world champions," said Mr Nhlanhla Msimango MPL, IFP Spokesperson on Sport.


"We hope that Mtembu's appointment will herald a new era of success for the Sharks. And we encourage him to increase the number of rugby development programmes, especially in rural areas," said Mr Msimango.


"We are truly looking forward to watching the first game that he captains," concluded Mr Msimango.
